In my humble opinion - not that I know Cats very well, I'd have to agree - in fact the Cat over the street always looks very mischievous - it's always looking at me when I go out - I'm sure it's been up to something? :)
"Cats qualify as mischievous just by being cats." GOOD one!! Reminds me of this grey and white neighborhood feline. Boy, dose "he" have NERVE!! This grey/white kitty--who I named "Sassy"--will SEE Rose, then stand, motionless and HISS at my DOG!! ^..^
