The pups have had limps caused by stepping into something on our walks/hikes, and thankfully it was always an easy fix by just removing whatever is was. I'm trying to be proactive about keeping their joints fit by providing natural forms of glucosamine & chondroitin (I feed duck feet & green lipped mussels every day for this very purpose).Barbara Rivershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01244001580219282897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6860110177277868021.post-12894988267702131302016-03-05T06:22:46.795-08:002016-03-05T06:22:46.795-08:00Great points. Both with Becca and Maggie our first indication of their osteosarcoma was a small limp that just didn't improve even with complete rest. So it's important not to take any chances with a limp.SlimDoggyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10830198538573500213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6860110177277868021.post-23214472974415996852016-03-04T12:47:49.085-08:002016-03-04T12:47:49.085-08:00Good things to think about! Bailie had a limp a couple weeks ago, but that was fixed by a chiropractor visit. If you know your dog, it's easier to help them get feeling better. My GBGV Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00281486885814998377noreply@blogger.com
